NATURALISTE LEGAL

Wills, Estate Planning and Deceased Estate Administration

OUR VISION

OUR VISION

The passing of a family member is one of the most difficult times in a person’s life and is a time that should be spent with family and friends, not dealing with your loved one’s estate. At Naturaliste Legal, we are here to assist you with the process of dealing with the formalities of someone passing, and also guide you through the process of preparing your Will to ensure that your own affairs are in order.

Naturaliste Legal is a small firm that is client focused.

The firm prides itself on establishing long-lasting professional relationships with clients and providing down to earth, common-sense based advice when dealing with legal issues.

Naturaliste Legal provides legal advice across a range of areas including:

  • Wills and Estate planning

  • Deceased Estate administration, including applications for Probate of a Will and Letters of Administration in the case of intestacy, as well as more complex applications.

  • Contested Wills and Estates, including representations for claims made under the Family Provision Act 1972

  • Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship

  • Administration and Guardianship applications to the State Administrative Tribunal

  • Superannuation death benefit payment disputes, including representations at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority

  • Criminal Injuries Compensation Applications
